When you’re overwhelmed, you may already feel like you’re using every minute you can.

How can you make every minute matter when you’re already squeezing every drop out of every day but still feeling behind?

In this uncertain season we’re all living through, making the most of our time can feel harder than ever. When you’re a busy business owner or executive, knowing how and where to spend the precious time you have is critical, but it can be one of the hardest things to figure out when you have so many passions you want to pursue in every area of life. It’s not easy to gain clarity on what to do when.

I’ve been learning how to get there throughout my 20+ year career in business operations and marketing, including more than a decade in productivity and organizing.

As one who has enthusiastically pursued multiple passions for many years, I’m aided by a love of organizing and productivity that goes back as far as I can remember.

As the 6th of 7 siblings, my organizational abilities helped me survive my childhood!

Funnily enough, as a kid, I’d play the teacher or camp counselor. I knew even from that early age how I love helping others transform their lives and learn new talents of their own. I added to my skills by studying psychology at Wake Forest University and went on to put them into action in my career.

First, I dove deep into my intense love of sports, working in college athletics administration and operations for programs at Wake Forest University as well as UNC Chapel Hill and managing projects like the 2001 ACC Softball Championship. After, I spent years as the Director of Marketing for stores in my family’s network of car dealerships across the state of North Carolina, assisting colleagues with their organizational needs along the way.

By having spent years helping so many organizations, co-workers, executives and business owners get organized to thrive, I realized that I could channel this lifelong passion into running my own productivity practice. So, in 2007, Organize for Success® was born.

Since 2007, I’ve partnered with hundreds of clients, spoken for thousands, contributed to media nationwide and written powerful books on personalized productivity.

I’ve become a recognized leader in several business organizations and even been given a few honors, including recognition in the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Leadership Awards. Most importantly, though, the best part is being able to say with confidence that I love how I spend the minutes of my life.

That’s because, through Organize for Success®, I have the honor of partnering with you, figuring out your best solutions side-by-side, and, then helping you get the exact tools you need to cultivate the life and impact you want. I get to invest my time in guiding you while living in alignment with my greatest priorities and using my gifts to make the world a better place.

I know that making every minute matter isn’t easy, but it’s definitely easier together.

So, if you want to finally clarify your priorities and do what really matters, I’ll help you every step of the way. There’s no better time than now to start the life you want to live, and I’ll gladly be your partner on the road to get there.
